You can reach us through telephone as well for an urgent situation and we will try our level best to answer all of the urgent queries promptly. Please be prepared to discuss the details of your project, data formats, your timeline for needing assistance, and any other related information regarding your proposed consultation with us.
We respect the confidentiality of your project and can very happily supply you with a non-disclosure agreement at your request, before discussing any specific details of your project.
General Pricing Structure
Here is a general guide line for our prices, but we are always open to negotiating and creating a pricing model suitable for you and your specific project.
Remote consultancy
System Analysis and Design, Work flows and any kind of consultancy which can be obtained through emails remotely. Remote system administration and configurations also fall in this category.
- Per hour time slot should be booked in advance
- Dedicated days - should be booked in advance and depends upon availability
- 2hrs/day x 5days/week to 8hrs/day x 5days/week, time schedule can be negotiated before initiating the consultancy
- Dedicated months (8hrs/day x 25 days) should be booked in advance and depends upon availability
Telephonic Consultancy :
- Initial 5 minuets are free
- Additional time should be booked in advance
The calls made during the already negotiated/booked period will fall under the same contract and will not be charged separately, until and unless you have agreed to pay the calls separately and do not want to disturb the time schedule of the project.
Any calls for discussing the project in the beginning before the contract are not charged.
On Site Consultancy :
Our online consultancy is based on hourly rates plus travel time and expenses.

- Per hour for personal consulting
Ask for seminars separately.
